Coda Music aims to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. By placing an order

Products supplied by Coda Music are new and unplayed as received from our suppliers.
No title of goods ordered shall pass from Coda Music Ltd to you until payment has been
received in full.
All orders are filled subject to availability from our suppliers and items may go out of stock
at certain times for reasons beyond our control.
Items are sent in secure padded envelopes, cardboard envelopes or boxes and sent by first class post.
If an item is returned to us undelivered due to your own fault you will be responsible for
If goods have not been delivered within 28 days please contact us to confirm details of your
order and delivery information and we will investigate the dispatch.
It is the customer's liability to pay any import taxes or applicable customs fees for your country.
If you refuse to pay these charges you may lose your goods as well as your money.
This only applies to non European Union countries.
We will not share any information placed by you on our website to anyone else.
Emails detailing special offers and other marketing activities will only be sent to you
with your consent and your email address may be removed from our lists by you at any time on
receipt by us of an email requesting same.

FAULTY GOODS POLICY
We endeavour to supply goods to you that are in perfect condition.
You may return any faulty items to us for replacement or refund.
Items must be returned to us within 14days of receipt stating what the fault is and if a
replacement or refund is required. Include your original receipt for the goods.
If faulty goods are returned to us and are found to be in full working order,
then they will be returned to you and charges for return postage will apply.
If only one item from a shipment is faulty there is no need to return the whole shipment.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in a saleable condition and unused if they are not being returned as
faulty. Any goods being returned without any fault but not in a saleable condition will not
be accepted for refund.
Please include a covering letter explaining the return and detailing whether a refund or
replacement is required. We cannot exchange items for a different title.
Include your original receipt with the goods and package securely.
